Jess Coombs RN, BSN has spent nearly two decades in healthcare, beginning her journey as a CNA and growing through roles as a medical assistant, registered nurse, nurse educator, nursing instructor, care plan coordinator, charge nurse, and regulatory compliance specialist.

That journey has given her something she considers just as valuable as any credential: Perspective.

She has cared for people at the bedside.
She has coordinated care.
She has supported families.
She has led teams.
She has taught nursing students.
She has educated healthcare professionals.
And she has seen firsthand the pressures that can make even the most compassionate caregivers feel overwhelmed.

Her nursing experience has included hospital care, surgery, behavioral health, physicians office, administration, care coordination, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, home health, long-term care and clinical education.

Along the way, Jess earned her Associate Degree in Nursing and later her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has also spent years teaching and mentoring future nurses, helping students develop not only technical skills, but the judgment, confidence, and compassion needed to care for others.

Her experience in regulatory compliance and quality-focused roles has given her another valuable perspective:
